Summit 2020, Nov 4-6, 2020

HIV and STBBI testing is an essential component to sexual health. Lived experiences of testing amongst GBT2Q highlight the need for innovations in this space. There is an urgent need for disruption from traditional healthcare provider-focused models of testing. Using a narrative inquiry approach, which focuses on storytelling and lived experiences, we will explore community narratives on HIV and STBBI testing. Summit attendees will reflect on their own experiences and have the opportunity to hear the disruptive innovation for Get Checked Online and Test Now. Through a facilitated panel discussion, which includes voices from the BIPOC community, we will co-create new narratives of a world with more equitable testing experiences.
